Following the unprecedented circumstances related to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, and after thorough evaluation of the situation globally, it is with great regret that the Organising Committee has made the difficult decision to postpone the ACWA Conference 2020.
This is not a decision that has been taken lightly. Although Australia has taken enhanced measures for the control of the spread of COVID-19, the Organising Committee are committed to ensuring that the health and safety of all of our speakers, sponsors, delegates and stakeholders is prioritised above all else. While we have a fantastic line-up of international speakers, current travel restrictions are undoubtedly impacting on their attendance, as well as delegate engagement.
The new dates will be announced in due course, however, will be in 2022. The Conference will be held at the same venue, the International Convention Centre Sydney.
We recognise all the hard work that so many of you have put into preparing your abstracts and hope you will be able to join us in 2022. More information will be provided shortly to all abstract authors, and we ask for your patience as the Conference Organisers, Arinex, contacts each of you over the coming weeks.
If you have registered for the Conference, we will be in contact to discuss options with you.
Thank you for your understanding and support, and we look forward to seeing you in Sydney 2022. To stay up to date with the latest ACWA Conference information, click here to join our mailing list.
We thank all our delegates, speakers, sponsors and suppliers for their unwavering support.
